The Indian benchmark indices settled the day flat, a surprise reversal from its strong rally. The Sensex slipped 62.81 points at 30,188. The Nifty closed down 21 points at 9,400.About 1787 shares declined against 997 advancing shares on the BSE. The Indian Rupee closed higher by 5 paise at 64.33 per Dollar. Maximum BSE sector are closed with negative leads. The BSE Small Cap declined 124 points to 15528, BSE Mid-Cap lost 102 points to 14854.
European markets inched higher on Friday’s trading session as the investors reacted in a positive way to the latest lot of corporate earnings. FTSE trading in positive territory is up by over 16 points at 7403 levels. German DAX gained 12 points at 12736 levels. CAC closed higher by 25 points at 5390 levels.
